| Abstract | Inventory management is a critical factor that can significantly affect the success of a business, particularly in the food industry. Unli-Samgyeopsal restaurants, which offer unlimited servings of Korean-style grilled meat, have become a popular business concept in the Philippines (Kim & Kim, 2017). Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the inventory management practices of Cebu unli-samgyeopsal restaurants, along with their reliance on technology in operations. A total of 47 responses were gathered through survey questionnaires and incorporated into the results. This study revealed that inventory management systems are reliable for monitoring inventory. The researchers concluded that inventory management practices are utilized by the selected restaurants, but issues with stock shortages and losses are still present. The findings of this research will benefit the owners and managers of the unli- samgyeopsal restaurants in terms of understanding their current inventory management practices. |
