This study utilized the Occupational Stress Model (OSM) to identify the
occupational stressors experienced by the office-based employees of UDOTCO. Occupational stressors were used as indicators to assess the level of occupational stress among the said employees through the YDM model. Twenty-seven (27) office-based employees, the total population, answered the researcher-made survey questionnaires. Through a descriptive method, it was revealed that overall,
they sometimes experience stress regarding role overload, responsibility and role conflict and rarely in terms of physical environment. UDOTCO thus provides a healthy physical environment for the employees. While it can be concluded the level of occupational stress among employees is within the safety points given that it was not beyond the optimum level, the research highlights the importance of proper monitoring and stress management programs to maintain low occupational stress levels and ensure that it will not be beyond the optimum level to badly affect
the employees mental and physical health, job performance, and organizational outcomes.
