environmental sustainability. This study presents the compliance level of Small-Medium Size manufacturing companies in the North district of Cebu City to their organizations' 5 stages of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS). The researchers used a survey
questionnaire to collect the necessary information for the investigation. The findings of this study demonstrated that small and medium-sized manufacturing businesses in the North District of Cebu City that participated in the survey have a high level of compliance with ISO-
14001 Environmental Management System (EMS). This study will be a reference for other companies to re-evaluate and improve their Environmental Management Systems.
