The primary objective of this study is to accurately assess family members' performance as employees at Dern Trading Corporation compared to other employees. It mainly pursued to determine the response curve and effectiveness of the relatives concerning the following areas of productivity, loyalty, attitude, and
commitment. Furthermore, utilizing a survey questionnaire designed by the researchers, the subsequent results were obtained; all areas in which effectiveness is measured in hiring, namely, Productivity, Loyalty, Attitude, and Commitment, are deemed of Great Extent to the attainment of the company objectives. However, family members remaining focused at work and likely to spend the next 5-10 years building the company further resulted in moderate effectiveness in the organization's hiring decisions.
