This study focuses on the individual donor’s perspective on the transparency that Charitable Organizations in Cebu City must display. The study is undertaken based on the fact that few studies focus on the transparency of Charitable Organizations. Thus, this endeavor provides insights from donors on how they see charitable organizations trusting their objectives and goals. The respondents were identified through snowball sampling and purposive sampling, and the research instrument was an online survey questionnaire, implying that this is a quantitative study. A total of 80 respondents were collected from this research. Among the features, Organization Profile, People, Accounting, Public Access, Work Product, and Governance, it is the Accounting that donors are undecided if it is essential to include in the COs website. The result is due to the mutual trust from donors to the Charitable Organization, as knowing how the donations are used is no longer relevant. With this, it is discussed how important the COs present their websites to attract donors to gain funds as a long-term goal, thus creating a charity society that practices firm trust through transparency as part of good governance.
