This research study focuses on assessing the factors that affect the selection of the tertiary school of Josenian Senior High ABM students in terms of relationships, school profile, and program opportunities. The study used an exploratory quantitative research design to determine the factors influencing the Josenian ABM students to choose or not to choose the University of San Jose-Recoletos (USJR) as their tertiary school. The research was conducted through an online questionnaire distributed to all 128 SHS ABM students of USJR's Batch 2021–2022. There were two parts to the survey questionnaire, with Part I on the demographic profile of the respondents and Part II on the factors considered in choosing or not choosing USJR as their tertiary school. The study aims to answer the following questions: the demographic profile of the respondents, the factors the Josenian ABM students consider when enrolling or not in USJR, and lastly, which of the three significant variables greatly influences the respondents' tertiary school selection. The results indicated that it is primarily the personal choice of the students to enroll in a particular school, given that the school offers excellent program opportunities and has an outstanding school profile.
