Over the years, the increasing growth of the e-commerce industry has been undeniable. This fact raised a question about the Philippines' current status of e- commerce legislation and opened a discussion of its need for revisiting to seek relevant amendments. The researchers conducted this study to assess the current standing of E- commerce legislation across other nations. The main countries chosen for comparison were Singapore, a developed nation, and Indonesia, a nation with a similar economic standing. This study used content analysis to compare the three nations' E-commerce laws and regulations. The researchers categorized E-commerce legislation into four key areas: E-transactions, Consumer Protection, Cybercrime, and Data Privacy. After consolidating the needed secondary data, the researchers used a comparative table to indicate the similarities and differences in e-commerce legislation among the three countries. In conclusion, the researchers determined that rather than proposing amendments to the legislation, they should propose modifications to improve it. The findings and discussions suggested that the Philippines' e-commerce legal standing is essentially up-to-date and does not require major amendments, but there are areas for improvement. This study's findings can also be used as a data set by government legislators when discussing modifications to the Philippine E-Commerce Law.
