This study aims to determine the level of job satisfaction among junior accountants working under a blended setup in Cebu and determine which factors incorporated in this study have the most substantial influence on work satisfaction. As a survey-research design, the instrument used to accumulate data is the Five-Point Likert Scale and focus group discussion on supporting the survey. Findings revealed that junior accountants' job satisfaction under a blended setup falls under satisfaction. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) results showe that problem-solving skills have the highest influence on work satisfaction. Most Junior Accountants practices indicate no significant difference during focus group discussion. In conclusion the result shown that Junior Accountants were Satisfied, supporting the idea of the Conceptual Framework that motivational factors and higher end needs were met based on the findings.
