The study attempts to analyze the effect of taxation systems, infrastructure, and macroeconomic conditions on investment attractiveness and determine whether embeddedness plays a significant role in the variables. With the growing community and people’s lasting behavior change, it was questioned whether embeddedness has something to do with investment decisions. Using a quantitative approach, the researchers analyzed and computed
the following variables: taxation system, infrastructure, macroeconomic conditions, embeddedness, and investment attractiveness. The fit regression model was used to determine the significant relationship between the factors enumerated. Using a standardized equation, the R-sq of 28.01% for the taxation system, the R-sq of 39.17% for infrastructure, and the R-sq of 27.29% for macroeconomic conditions state that the following factors increased investment attractiveness: According to the study, embedding, which acts as a moderator, improves the relationship between infrastructure and investment attractiveness, and this relationship is more robust when embeddedness is high rather than low. However, there was no statistically significant interaction between the taxation structure and the macroeconomic conditions concerning embeddedness.
